Centralized Fabric Division
We have a centralized fabric unit storage capacity of 5000 square feet area. To Achieve better efficiency we have the CAD Maker with Plotter. We always working with reduced garment yield and our regular efficiency as 80%, We have two fabric teams for quick process of fabrics. They have well technical skills and they have capable of new development fabrics and they do the R&D periodically for new trends and we have ERP solutions for efficient order planning and execution, which in turn increases the productivity and reduces the over heads, So we offer better competitive and sharp pricing to our customers.
Centralized Cutting Division
We have a centralized cutting unit with 4 nos of band knife machines & Lay cut hand machines. We cut a minimum of 7000 pieces per day.
Before conducting bulk cutting, we ensure all measures are correct by running a pilot production.
We also have CAD markers made with zero buffers to increase efficiency, we achieve an average of 80%efficiency in our cutting programs.
Sewing Devision
Our garment production unit is spacious and well ventilated it is equipped standards with imported machines that meet international standards. we have 100+ machines with combined setup. Additionally we have an auto placket making machine, Button Hole machine, Button attaching machine, Bar tack machine and auto trimming machines, it help us to achieves the delivery on time.
Our Key equipment includes high-speed sewing machines that offer impeccable stitching quality and durability We have our production operation in 2 different locations. Exclusive sampling line, Merchandising, Planning, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics and admin departments functioning in Head Office.We live in a modern era and thus we take technology very seriously to survive in this stage, we have come up with a technology initiative program. we have implemented high end.
Printing Division
The Garment Printing Division stands as a creative hub where design meets technology. Our printing facility is equipped with modern rotary, flatbed, and digital printing machines capable of producing a wide range of effects and finishes.

Fabric Inspection: Verifying fabric quality, color consistency, and shrinkage before cutting.

Packing and Dispatching
Our Packing and Dispatching Division represents the final stage of precision before our garments reach customers worldwide. The division is equipped with modern packing stations, quality materials, and trained personnel who ensure every piece is presented professionally and protected during transit.

Final Quality Recheck: Each garment is inspected for finishing, labeling, and measurement accuracy before packing.
